Steve spent several years working in the Los Angeles offices for the "Big Five" firms of Ernst & Young, LLP and Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. He concentrates his tax work to individuals, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies as well as with closely held and family owned businesses, assisting businesses in selecting the proper entity structure, exploring new and innovative strategic tax planning for individuals and businesses, and providing tax analysis of business acquisitions and sales. Steve graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
